Who We Are
UnitingCare Community Services provides selected in-home aged care and community support services as an associated service provider working in partnership with registered aged care providers. Services are arranged according to each individual’s assessed needs, available funding and approved care plan. Our experienced support team works collaboratively with participants, families, carers and partner organisations to ensure services are delivered with professionalism, respect and continuity of care.

We Support Your Everyday Life Private Home Care Look Like?
Our services at UnitingCare Community Services are designed to assist with everyday living, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, transport, personal care, social support, shopping assistance, home maintenance and workforce support. Where appropriate, we also work alongside registered aged care providers to facilitate selected in-home aged care services in accordance with approved care plans and funding arrangements.
